Meet our intervention Team

Meet our trained intervention team at TBCAC.

Teresa Lutke
Director of Intervention Services

Teresa enjoys mentoring the intervention team, sharpening their forensic interviewing skills. She continues to be passionate about interviewing children and working with their families.

Teresa's free time is filled with old movies, Thai cuisine, and playful moments with her grandkids. Her energetic family takes her camping, fishing, and on fun vacations.

Heather Lucynski
Intervention Specialist

Heather’s favorite part of her job is talking with the children who visit TBCAC.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and pets, working out, boating on Lake Michigan, and watching baseball! Sunshine or snow, you can find her grilling up delicious meals on her deck.

Jenna Baker
Intervention Specialist

Jenna has a passion for continued learning and her favorite part about her job is how much she learns from the children and families!

When not at work, Jenna is very active! She dances, golfs, hikes, roller skates, skis, and does pilates at the beach. Her ideal dinner at the end of a long day is BBQ Mac & Cheese.

Henry Facility Dog

Henry enjoys his work comforting and interacting with the people who visit TBCAC. Henry especially loves meeting new friends around our beautiful community. His favorite part about his job is all the belly rubs and naps he gets throughout the day.

Outside of work, Henry enjoys playing in the dog park, exploring new trails with his handlers, and snacking on all the treats that come his way.

Nikki Hollis
Intervention Specialist

Nikki’s favorite part of her job at TBCAC is getting to know the kids. They always teach her something new!

In her free time, she learns MMA, eats fish tacos, and spends time in the sun. One day soon, Nikki plans to get a pet fish!
